Looking back on my childhood, I now realise this was an initiation.

A lifetime initiation of my own deep healing, diving into the depths of my soul to continually rise, rebirthing like the phoenix though every trial and test. Nature has been my companion and my healer, so that I could be here now to help others, like you, take your own healing journey. We are all walking each other home and constantly learning as we progress though life.

You are not alone.

I am with you every step of the way.

Together with your guides and mine, we work as a team. We use a variety of techniques to move through your story, your pain, your injury. And we explore any blockages that need clearing or that require assistance to heal. A physical pain might be invited to ‘speak’ to glean information about the story held within. Ancestral healing or past lives may present themselves as the way to heal. And if this happens, we move through it together, in full trust that what you require is what presents itself. Our bodies never lie, they hold lifetimes of information, even when we think we know something our bodies will always know the truth and something deeper may need to come forward to be healed first.

I incorporate the elements of nature, crystals, drums, rattles, feathers and smudging into our healing process. But through it all, know that you are doing the work. This is your journey. I will hold space for you, I will hold you connected and in a safe place. I will welcome the healing energies and elements but the power lies within you. And together we will bring your true self through.

My Story

THE PAST

Having experienced various trauma and abuse through my life, I found myself in a place of low self esteem and detachment, living an ‘out of body’ experience for many years. I used sex, drugs and got into abusive relationships to stay in this ‘out of body’ energy so that I didn’t have to feel everything that was going on around me and to me.

With willpower and help through various modalities such as Kinesiology and Bach flower essences I was able to free myself from my drug addiction, find my inner strength and rewrite my character in this lifetime.

THE SHIFT

I am an empath and for many years I had low self esteem. So naturally I attracted people just like me into my life. I wanted to help them. But the truth is, unless a person is ready to help themselves, see themselves fully, then no-one can help them.

I moved through limiting beliefs and freed myself from these toxic relationships. I now know, having done the work that a lot of these people were from past lives and I was working off karmic energy.

THE LESSONS

These lessons have all provided me with a deep inner wisdom that I use to help others who were just like me rewrite their own story. Combining my life’s experiences with my knowledge in Astrology and Healing energies such as Reiki, Aikido and Shamanism, I am able to use my innate healing nature to gently hold space for you whilst you step into your higher self, allowing your healing to take place.

Managing a one day retreat for a group of women, I was not sure how to design the day, or what to include. I was fortunate to see a flyer that had Donna’s mandala workshop. I contacted her and felt an immediate yes…. She has had a lot of experience and all information was sent and communicated for this online event. When she opened the session, I felt the group well prepared, she was personable and warm and what unfolded in the session was great, & truly magic!!! It was one of the highlights of the day. Changes I noticed since Ancestral womb healing:- more contact from other women to discuss and find deeper understanding of their relationships with their own mothers and daughters. I have been able to share more of my understanding relating to behaviours, mental health issues and patterns that have come through the generations. This has helped myself and others to have more empathy, courage to keep trying, more connection were there was greater difficulty. the journeying has helped me to feel stronger as a women and be more ok and accepting of my differences. - I feel my intuition and psychic abilities have become stronger. A beautiful process of allowing your inner mandala of-the-moment to emerge and then communing with it for understanding.
