Profound healing occurs when we journey into the messages held in your body, connecting through the body’s innate wisdom. What has happened to you in your life is stored in your mind and also in your body. As your body gives us the answers we can track the story back to this lifetime (inner child work), past lifetimes or ancestral trauma.
Using medicine drums, rattles, herbs, smudging, stones and crystals, Donna provides a safe and gentle space to transform the stories, energies and emotions that are no longer serving you, leaving you clearer, lighter, more energised, and free to create your new story, unburdened by the past

Ancestral & Womb Healing

Often there is trauma and shut down in the feminine lineage from centuries of the feminine being silenced. We will go into your lineage and find where the energies were created and assist in healing this grandmother. We bring the healing forward and access the gifts that got shut down at this time.

We then do a deep healing journey into your womb space, the seat of your feminine creativity and clear out any old energies and refresh your creative space to allow for renewed energies to flow opening up all sorts of creative ideas.

Healing this sacral chakra space also helps you to have better relationships and stand in your wisdom with clearer boundaries.
If you have big trauma with this area of your body, know that this is a gentle process and other women with alot of trauma have not been reactivated and have worked through the healing in a beautiful way. They have have profound shifts in their life after doing this healing. Please msg me to discuss if you feel concerned.
Working with herbs, crystals, flower codes, medicine drum, rattles and all other elemental beings and your divine guides and ancestors.

Shamanic Healing w Herbs and Essence

We will tune in for the Flower code/essence that you are requiring.

If we are meeting in person you will take the essence, maybe have tea and then go on a Shamanic drum journey with the herb deva for healing and information how to work ongoing with the herb.

If our session is online we can arrange to send the Flower code/essence to you prior to the session.

The Flower Codes are specific flowers, here to help us remember, reawaken and activate a state of consciousness akin to our Divine Earth – a New Earth or Sacred Earth frequency that is our natural birthright. 

As we activate the latent DNA within ourselves through the language and teachings of these flowers, so the divine Earth comes into being externally.

Ancestral Healing of family patterns

We call in your ancestors for healing of family trauma and dysfunctions, belief patterns and health issues. 

We do not have to revisit the trauma.    

We locate the family member who is holding the issue and we work with them in forgiveness and love to let the story go. 

Often there is shame held by that person so we assure them we have no blame and only want to release the family members of carrying this energy.

natal chart reading

A natal chart reading is necessary prior to a Transit reading.
The planets move around our chart and have varying affects on us. We have planetary returns, squares & oppositions to name a few. These can be helpful and also difficult transits. There is much to learn in the difficult transits and our understanding can help you focus on what this is showing us rather than feel you are failing or going mad.

As a shamanic practitioner I have many tools available to help you find ways to navigate through the energies and the elements of the planets. I can see into where its taking you and the resistance or ability to embrace the energies. How to view the transits, assists us to become empowered and not a victim of the transits. We can choose how to work with the energies.

There are ages like 28-30, 36, 42, 50 & 58 when certain transits are very powerful and we all go through these in our lives and then there are transits that are more personal to our own planets that others may not have in their lifetime.
In this time of big change knowing what is being activated in your natal chart is a powerful tool to work through the changes we are all in and be the change maker you want to be. Time to align to your blueprint and empower your spiritual journey. My reports are hand done (not computer generated) and I give you the exact dates of all the transit and the meaning for you to refer back to easily. This means you can note it in your diary and be aware as the energies start to shift.

As a shamanic practitioner I am able to tune into your chart and call forward the areas of life you are denying and bring awareness around any shadow energies that may not be claimed. Our shadow is our greatest gift and often we try to shut down rather than bring it to the light and nourish this beautiful aspect of ourselves.

As we work with our denied parts of self we align with our souls truth and can then step into our purpose with empowerment. We often deny these through expectations & judgements of society, family, friend’s & colleagues and can feel shame on our true self’s expression.
